It has been 21 years since Laura and Alan opened their Health Store in Castletown. They built a reputation for selling speciality fine foods, but it was with great sadness that 2 months ago the store announced that it would be discontinuing the food lines in order to safeguard the store’s future during these recessionary times.
However, in an effort to reverse the trend, Laura and Alan have revamped the store and have increased the choice of vitamins, nutritional supplements and beauty products.
They are now specialising in stylish, therapeutic bath and beauty products, carefully selected to make you look, feel and smell amazing.
Their collections showcase only the finest products that are as natural as possible, and yet are incredibly effective.
These include Crabtree and Evelyn, Miller Harris, Kneipp Bath Salts and Oils and Tisserand to name but a few.

They are also stocking various organic skin care products which are free of ingredients such as parabens, artificial fragrance, s/s and phthalates and they’re also cruelty free.
The various brands include Dr. Hauschka, Evolve Beauty Skincare, Faith in Nature, Weleda, Balm Balm, Green People, Badger Balms, Avalon and Barefoot Botanicals.

Laura and Alan are still very proud to have sole agency on the Island for Solgar Vitamins, which represents total commitment to quality, innovation and integrity. Solgar have recently introduced several new products to the extensive range including, ‘Cranflora’ , Hyaluronic Acid to combat the signs of aging! And sage leaf tablets for menopausal symptoms.
